All services will be specifically designed to suit the size of your company and its specific needs.
The solutions provided will be built to be cost-effective and accessible, using versatile tools widely adopted in corporations, such as Excel and solutions from the Microsoft or Google suites. The tools created will be efficient and flexible, meeting your company's varied needs while minimizing operational costs.
1. First appointment, brainstorming
At this first step, we'll be able to talk about your initial ideas, perceptions and needs expressed by your business. The meeting can take place in person if it's in the Paris region, by phone, or by videoconference using Googe Meet, Zoom and its alternatives.
2. On-site audit and analysis
To fully understand all the details of the activity sector and your business, it's highly preferable for me to come and visit your value chain in real life, and in particular the points that need to be improved or automated.
3. Development and implementation
Design and deployment of All-in-one or various tools that will be able to meet expectations and solve all the problems. The idea is to use the least expensive solutions, mainly Excel, if they fully resolve the problem.
Note that this stage is often the most time-consuming, and can sometimes involve a lot of going back and forth.
4. Diagnosis and monitoring of solution stability
At this stage, it's vital to ensure that there are no unique cases, aberrations or bugs that have may appeared over time, or that initial problems haven't eventually changed sides.
5. (Optional) Process delegation
Sometimes, companies prefer to concentrate on their business processes, and don't want to keep feeding and updating their tools because of time constraints. In these cases, it may be possible to delegate this part to me, depending on my availability at the time required.
6. (Optional) Additional services
I can also work as a translator as well as a business partner and deploy my network of contacts.
Of course, not all of these steps are required : for some, steps 1 and 3 are more than enough to solve the problem and will take no more than 2 or 3 days in total, for others, simply improving existing tools will be the only thing needed, and for others, implementing all control tools will be the best option.
