About me

Having completed all my studies in France, as a financial management controller, I was fortunate during my experiences to work in companies of all sizes, starting from a small VSE of just a few people, to SMEs with 200 employees, then to MEs with 3,000 employees and finally to mutlinationals with over 20,000 employees.

Each experience enabled me to discover new structures, particularly those with vertical, divisional and matrix hierarchies.

All this has enabled me to build up real expertise in finance, HR, management, business monitoring, and to create in myself a need to support businesses in their resource management, by starting from scratch and creating different monitoring tools and tailor-made solutions, adapted to each need and size of business.
